An Iraqi Captain, in town for rehab work at the Shepherd spine center, courtesy of a rather messy wound that left him unable to walk. So if you want to hear about things from their side, this is the place to be. I think, w/GEN Petraeus giving his report to Congress this month, that an Iraqi Capt is a "Topical" speaker.
