Type your lists name in the box next to the word "Listname"

You will see your list as shown below

On your computer, click START, PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, NOTEPAD 
OPEN NOTEPAD

1.Paste your list onto the notepad,

2. On notepad, select FILE, SAVE AS, and give your file a name (mine is "mylist") select SAVE.

 
CONGRATULATIONS!! Your list is saved
