The "Bad List"
If you have a member of your listserv
who is having an email problem that is causing the list problems,
or has had difficulty using restraint in what they say, and not
following the list rules, you have the ability to monitor what
they post prior to their mail hitting your list. Use of this function
will cause their mail to bounce to the moderator, rather than
appear on the list. They continue to receive their list mail
as usual.
To put a name on the "bad"
list, go here:

4.Highlight
and copy the name of the person who is going to be placed on the
bad list.
(do not remove their name from the regular list!)

The "bad list" will open.
You will have an empty data window, unless you have already entered
names there.

Now any post this member makes will
bounce to the moderator until such time as you remove that members
name from this location.
