brief.... Came from TRADOC and has some Army comments

on the end. It would appear the DoD is in for some
interesting times.

One of our VPs at CNA said
that it didn't really originate in Andy
|
|
Marshall's office, but
rather it probably came from Andy Krepeniwich's (sp?)

study team, though it is
likely to be reflective of what Marshall's study
|
|
effort is thinking.
