I have a set of PowerPoint charts that came from a CNA (Center for Naval Analysis) friend of mine that purports to be a set of charts prepared by Andrew Marshall's staff with a Quick Look at:
A Strategy for a Long Peace
Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments
A "Quick Look" Assessment

My friend's comments:
Here is the Marshall brief.... Came from TRADOC and has some Army comments on the end.  It would appear the DoD is in for some interesting times. No problem in sharing it with others. I didn't send to xxx, but you are free to do so. One of our VPs at CNA said that it didn't really originate in Andy Marshall's office, but rather it probably came from Andy Krepeniwich's (sp?) study team, though it is likely to be reflective of what Marshall's study effort is thinking.  It came to me from the Office of Naval Research in Roslyn.

Here are the charts, a ppt file.  The following message may be a bit
confused, as I've pasted back in my original text, i.e., the comments from
my source WRT the "origins" of the document.  Please be sure they stay with it.

I know the forum doesn't want attachments, but I'll send the package to
anyone who wants it, or to someone who knows of an appropriate place on
wp-forum to post it for others to download.
