Hi everyone,

Well the Army/Air Force Football game and tailgate weekend is upon us - so here is some important information.

Tailgate menu items provided:

Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Meatball Sandwiches
Pasta
Hot Chocolate
Raspberry Ice Tea
paper products

Dr. Hu is providing the soda and cups.

We are asking that everyone attending bring a side dish or snack to go with our meal. Also, our Cadet's always look forward to cookies and we do not want to disappoint them. We are expecting around 65-70 people (including Cadet's and they always come hungry!) Please bring your own chairs for the tailgate, unless you do not mind standing.

Our tailgate spot is on Delafield Road, which is located just across from the stadium lots if entering through Stoney Lonesome gate or off of Merritt Road which is near the entrance to the Cadet Chapel if entering through Thayer gate. Once you are on Delafield look for our parent's club banner!

The parade starts at 9:00 and there will be someone at our tailgate spot by 10:00 (most likely earlier) if you want to drop off your items before the game. The game starts at 12:00 and we will be tailgating before and after the game.

Below I have listed a few cellphone numbers if you need to get a hold of us that day.

After the parade everyone is invited to go to Cullum Hall for coffee and bagels.

We still have a few tickets available for the November 1st, Army/Air Force football game and tailgate.

The tickets are $37.00 each. If you are interested in joining the fun, please email me. For those of you who have already ordered the tickets, we will be sending an email within the next couple weeks to finalize the tailgate plans.

Dear West Point Parents,

We are finalizing our plans for the club's annual tailgate/football outing. We have reserved space in the Delafield area for our tailgate party before and after the game. We have inquired into the availability of tickets for the November 1st, Army/Air Force football game and were informed that good seats are still available, but going fast! The cost per ticket is $37.00 which includes the handling fee.

So please email me if your family is definitely interested in joining us for the tailgate/football game and how many tickets you will be purchasing. I would like to order these tickets next weekend to assure good seats.

Money for the tickets will be due once the order has been placed.

Everyone that attended the tailgate last year had a great time and are looking forward to this year's event!
