The start position of this exercise consists of the feet spread
approximately shoulder-width apart, arms to the side and straight,
fists clenched, palms facing in.
--- WHISTLE ---
On one - Bend forward at the waist keeping arms downward, straight,
slightly to the rear. Flex at the knees.
--- WHISTLE ---
On two - Slowly stand upright bringing both arms forward and upward
until they reach the overhead position, arms straight, fists clenched,
palms facing in.
--- BOOM! ---
On three - Quickly bring both arms forward and downward returning
to the start position (side position).
--- BOOM! ---
On four - Quickly bring both arms forward and upward to the overhead
position.
--- US................
On five - Quickly bring the right arm forward and downward to the
side position.
....................MA ---
On six - Quickly bring the left arm forward and downward to the
side position.
--- RAH! ---
On seven - Quickly bring the right arm forward and upward to the
overhead position.
--- RAH! ---
On eight - Quickly bring the left arm forward and upward to the
overhead position.
On the counts of nine, ten, eleven and twelve, repeat the counts
of five, six, seven, and eight.
HOO -- RAH!
On thirteen - Slowly swing the arm outward and downward to the side
position.
HOO -- RAH!
On fourteen - Slowly swing the left arm outward and downward to
the side position.

On fifteen - Bend forward at the waist keeping arms downward, straight,
and slightly to the rear. Flex at the knees.

On sixteen - Slowly stand upright bringing both arms forward and
upward until they reach the overhead position.
--- RAH! ---
On seventeen - Quickly bring both arms forward and downward returning
to the side position.
--- TEAM! ---
On eighteen - Quickly bring the right arm forward and upward to
the overhead position.
--- TEAM! ---
On nineteen - Quickly bring the left arm forward and upward to the
overhead position.
--- TEAM! ---
On twenty - Quickly bring both arms forward and downward returning
to the side position.
