Dear West Point Parents,
Attached is the schedule of the WPPC Meetings for the remainder of the year. We hope this helps with some advance planning to increase the number of parents able to attend. The locations at this point is Joe's Crab Shack on I-10 and the times are for 2:00 Board Members and 3:00 General Membership. We are looking at alternate locations as well based on feedback for more central locations. Board elections will be coming up in May so we encourage you to attend and become active in these meetings. Most of the Board is comprised of '08 and "09 parents who will soon be moving on, so we need some of the newer parents to become more active to take over these leadership roles. Please print out the attached meeting schedule and post on your refrigerator or any visible location as a reminder to attend. Of course, we will continue to send out reminders as the meetings approach. Enjoy your spring break if your cadet is home with you!!!
