2009 Army - Navy Game - From Jay Summer - It took me a little longer than I planned, but it’s finally here…signup for the ARMY - NAVY 2009 bus trip!!!! I am very excited about this years trip. We have a great hotel in the middle of everything and I hear the weather is going to be perfect! This year we will be staying in the beautiful Embassy Suites in downtown Philadelphia . The bus will leave Cleveland on the morning of Dec. 11th and will return on the afternoon of Dec. 13th. Like last year, you will pay for the bus trip separately from the hotel (details below). There is a TGI Fridays in the hotel and that is where we will have our cooked-to-order breakfast served on Sat. and Sun. morning. The cost also includes the complimentary happy hour from 5 – 7 on Fri. and Sat. afternoon. The following link will take you to a reservations webpage set up just for us. NEOWPPC Embassy Suites Cost of the rooms is $229 per night plus tax (currently 15.2%). We have 35 double-bed rooms reserved and 20 king-bed rooms reserved. As you know, the doubles go fast so please book now if you have to have a double. I have also included the group information with the phone number in case you prefer to call in your reservation.
