Greetings and Happy Spring!!

 

Attached you will find the minutes from the April 3rd general meeting.

 

If you were unable to attend you missed a great time, which included a wonderful Hail and Farewell for our 05 parents.  Be sure to check on were our about to be 2nd LT's will be stationed.  Of course while their cadets may be moving on we hope that the 05 parents will continue to be an active part of our group.  I will continue to include the 05's in the e-mails.  Our door will always be open to them.

 

Nancy and Gene Brooks (05 parents of Devin) offerend up a wonderful way to raise money for our club and for some lucky couple to have a great time.  They have donated two tickets to the Summer Festival 2005 in Chanute, Kansas. Three fantastic bands , STYX, REO Speed Wagon, and .38 Special will be playing on July, 3rd, at the Martin Johnson Airport.  I also have information regarding places to stay in Chanute.

These tickets have a face value of $60.00 each.  We are offering them up for an opening bid of $60.00 for the pair.  That is 1/2 price for what will surely be a great way to spend the 4th of July holiday!!  Remember all monies go directly to our Club, and ultimately to our cadets. Please submit all bids to me.

 

We will be having our welcome picnic for the about to be 09's on June 5th.  Inviations will be coming soon, but please mark your calendars now.  I know that you all will want to join us in getting the new cadets and their families off the a good start!!
