6:30pm – 9:00pm Silent Auction
7:30pm – 9:30pm Dinner (wine service)
9:30pm After party (DJ and Cash Bar)

Main Menu Item: Combination of Beef Tenderloin and Boursin Filled Chicken with Yukon Gold Whipped Potatoes and Buttered Asparagus
Vegetarian option: Crispy Polenta with a Wild Mushroom Ragu, Asparagus and a Roasted Red Pepper Coulis
Dessert: Chocolate Molten Lava Cake and Vanilla Crème Brule with Fresh Berries
After Party with DJ included; cash bar.
