Jul. 12, 2007 (Investor's Business Daily) -- If you want to learn how to do things the right way, turn to a soldier. In particular, you can check with someone trained at West Point, such as retired Maj. Gen. Joseph Franklin. Franklin learned that the U.S. Military Academy's Honor Code made honesty and integrity the foundation of success. Those who lie, cheat and steal are punished and can be expelled from the Point. Franklin, who wrote the new book "Building Leaders the West Point Way," looks to the Cadet Prayer to show how to act with honor in any situation: "Choose the harder right instead of the easier wrong."
