For those who would like to see the new version of the digest without subscribing to it for a trial run (and make work for me in moving you back if you don't like it), I have put the first digest of the week that was in HTML format on this web page. Below you can see exactly the way the list would come attached to an e-mail.

Note that in the digest version of the list, up to about 10-12 posts are included on each issue (this means you get the digest late in the day after posts are made). If you see a topic in the index that interests you, you can simply click on that number, and you will be taken directly to that post. By selecting the word "top" you will be taken back to the index.

I hope this digest preview helps you all make a choice as to the way you would like to receive the Parent Forum. Obviously, this is a good way to reduce the number of posts/day you get while on vacation, or if you receive your list at work and need to keep volume to a minimum. But it will only work for you if you can read HTML.
