Andrew Maisano makes the tough decision

At some point in a person’s life they have to make a decision. A decision on what job they want to take. Whether or not to get married and start a family. Or, something simple as to what college they want to attend. “West Point constantly kept me out of my comfort zone, whether it was the amount of school work, demands for lacrosse, or the training I was required to participate in,” he explained. “Even though I look back now and find some of my trials to be trivial, I know that my ability to accept change and look for solutions instead of merely pouting, like many people of my generation generally enjoys doing, was made possible by all of the stresses that the academy placed on me. I learned to truly be responsible for my actions, and that excuses don’t change the fact that the job did not get done.”
