The PFR-Forum list is a restricted list for property owners in the Paleface Ranch subdivision in Spicewood, Texas. The purpose of the PFR-Forum is to provide owners a place to communicate with each other about goings on within our neighborhood. Please review the PFR-Forum rules and posting etiquette guidelines below. Your request for subscription is an agreement to abide by these rules and guidelines. They will be enforced.

The PFR-Forum is not overseen by, or in any way associated with, Paleface Ranch Association, Inc.

Listserv Rules:
1. Message topics must relate to Paleface Ranch, property or activities w/i Paleface Ranch and/or exchange of goods or services between Paleface Ranch property owners.
2. Don't challenge or attack others. The discussions on the lists are meant to stimulate community in the neighborhood not to create contention. Let others have their say, just as you may.
3. Do not post any abusive, threatening, offensive, defamatory, or profane messages on the list.
4. Do not post jokes, humorous stories, or "pass-around" emails.
5. Do not send commercial solicitations to the list.
6. Do not distribute any message without permission from the author. This includes forwarding messages via email or distribution in a printed format.
7. Do not send messages from, or on behalf of, anyone who has been removed or suspended from the listserv.

Listserv Etiquette:
1. State concisely and clearly the topic of your message in the subject line.

          a. Members can respond more appropriately to your posting.
          b. It is easier for members to search the archives by subject.
          c. It allows members to quickly delete email that is of no interest to them.

2. Include only the relevant portions of the original message in your reply. Delete any header AND footer information, and put your response before the original posting.
3. Only send a message to the entire list when it contains information from which everyone can benefit.
4. Send messages such as "thanks for the information" or "me, too" to individuals - not to the entire list. Do this by using your email application's forwarding option and typing in or cutting and pasting in the email address of the individual to whom you want to respond. The default behavior of the listserv is for your reply to go to the list vs. the original poster.
5. Do not send administrative messages, such as "remove me from the list" or "change my email address", through the listserv.

          unsubscribe:
                    a. send a message to pfr-forum-owner@west-point.org.
                    b. send a message to majordomo@west-point.org with only the following in the message body: unsubscribe pfr-forum

          email address changes:
                    a. send a message to pfr-forum-owner@west-point.org, including both your old and new addresses.

Attachments:
Do not post file attachments to the lists; they will be rejected. If you have files that may be of interest to list members, please contact the list administrator at pfr-forum-owner@west-point.org.

The Paleface listserve moderator will warn, temporarily suspend or terminate a member's listserve posting privileges if the member violates the rules. If you have any questions, please contact the listserve moderator at pfr-forum-owner@west-point.org.

I agree to be bound by the PFR-Forum Rules and Etiquette Guidelines outlined above.
