Comments: I enjoyed this site so very much. It brought back so many memories from so long ago when my husband was a cadet and now the ones my son is making. I spent so much time at West Point while dating my husband and lived there as he was an instructor in the E Dept. Each time we come back we are so filled with emotion of love and pride. West Point has become such a part of us. As we see friends whom we haven't seen for so many years, I remind my son that we all have come full-circle. We started here and w ll always be friends no matter how far or how long we have been apart. These memories will also become his as his years here pass by. I might have seen my son in some Acceptance day photos, but I'm going to have to have him check them out since I can't be sure since we weren't there. From what you had starting back in July, it's incredible what this has grown to be! The Class of 2002 and their families will relish these pages for years to come! Comments: Gets better every time!!! Hey, ROOT HAWGS, you looked great on Acceptance Day. Check out photo number 15 on the Acceptance Day parade pages. THAT'S YOU. I would have been so proud to be out there with you.... Note: this was posted just as I put numbers on more of the photo's in the parade section. I believe the #15 this cadet is speaking of is the #15 photo on the THIRD page of the parade photo's. Also, this cadet could not be in the parade because of a broken foot... I know the ROOT HAWGS would have wanted you with them too cadet !!! :-)

Comments: PRIDE IN ALL WE DO 2002 My chest fills up with pride at the thought that I am walking the same grey line as so many of the greats in history. The endless tales I heard in High School about such people as GEN McArthur, and GEN Patton, all take on a brand new meaning here. We do 't take what we have for granted. From honor classes, to the structural beauty of West Point, we are reminded with every step, that we are the few who were chosen from so many to take on this challenge. We have made it through a great struggle and survived as a team. God only knows where we would be without each other. To our families: We miss you all dearly. You are thought of constantly. We pray each night that the following day will find our families and friends in good health. As we walk to class each day, we are reminded of loving words you all said to us.
