A) "Code" Column:
    NA -- Record found in National Archives
    OB -- Found on Overbeck Statement
    AW -- Found on Wilber Statement
    CS -- Data confirmed on some source
    SURV -- Indicates one of the nine survivors. Charles Hughes died within two weeks of being captured leaving eight to return home
    HN -- Veteran memorialized at Honolulu Punch Bowl, all others at Manila American Cemetery.

Page number on the Handwritten Arisan Roster. Page number 99 indicates men mentioned by survivors as on ship but not found on the handwritten roster.
