The Missing Man Table is the most important table at the banquet,
a constant reminder of each AWONer's loss. The cycling frame in the
background remembers each of our missing loved ones.

This beautiful quilt (not the first one made by longtime member Judi Hollis Kramer)
was won in the auction by new board member, Jerry Pinkerton.

This Americana-based quilt was made by Pat Peters, bought by Paul Bremer,
and donated to the Forgy family. Pictured here is Pat with Pam Forgy Klein.

Conference co-chair Millie McConnell Cavanaugh, right, joins quilt-maker and past President
Judy Geis Hoffman in presenting the quilt to its winner, first-timer Betsy Pryor Bernier, left.

The "Philippines Kids" -- nine of them in Annapolis -- celebrate
togetherness in remembering their Dads lost in the South Pacific.
Dianne Baczynski, Sherry Haxby, Betsy Nester, Barry Barr-Finch, Patty Temte,
Bonnie Oats, Jerry Pinkerton, Caroline Jackson, and Judy Pinkerton.

Dave Stanek, second from left, remembers his Dad, PVT Aloysius A. Stanek,
and his Mom (Mamma Jo) -- as he hosts a table full of banquet-goers.

Jack Forgy is well remembered, as his son, John, and fiancee, Rebecca Iannuzzi are in
animated conversation with Jack's wife, Crystal about the new perpetual award named after Jack.

Ed Peters, Don and Sandy Chichilla MacDuffee, and Sharon Crowley Connor
all enjoy the comraderie of the Annapolis Conference.

The Semi-annual conferences are a special time for so many of us
to remember and celebrate the lives and service of our Fathers among friends.
