The ABMC (American Battle Monuments Commission) painstakingly maintains
24 American Military Cemeteries around the world with grace and dignity. 16 of these
hold WWII dead, including many of our Fathers.
Through Facebook and other avenues, the word went out for pictures -- so the ABMC could
do a Memorial Day 2013 video. We invite you to watch the YouTube video below (16 minutes),
but we've identified 25 men -- so far -- who are remembered here by AWON sons and daughters
and one remembered by a brother, all of whom are pictured with their marker or plaque in the
stills below, which include the time stamp, so you can more easily find them in the video.
