I am looking for any information concerning the above, he was in HQ. Company 803rd Engineers, captured during the fall of the Philippines.

Reported executed in Manila by the Japs in July 1944 listed as prisoner of war from 9 April to 14 April and missing in action after that.

He was promoted twice once to Sgt then to First Sgt. during the time he was missing?   May have been in Bilibid prison; may have been at Sabaganin the Mountain Prov.

Would like to fill in the missing time form a April 42 to July 44 if I can find anything.
