    Donald Cary asks for help

    My father, Carol A. (Charlie) Bednarski was a member of "M" Battalion, 5th Air Force; stationed with the 19th Quartermaster Truck Co. at Nichols Field; serial # 6982485.

    He was on the Bataan Death March and was a POW for over three years.   He was held at the Fukuoka Camp.   I am sorry to say my father has passed away.

    I am seeking information on how to learn more of his personal experiences and how to recover any goverment records of his capture and interment.
