This is a brief list of ways that the
American Defenders of Bataan and Corregidor (ADBC)
can assist relatives and friends get in contact with or find out
more about the Defenders of Bataan and Corregidor.
We hope our Web Site will be helpful in your
search for someone or something.
(1) Browse around to familiarize yourself with the contents of the Web Site.
You might find much of
the information you seek within the various pages of this Web Site. Try
searching the members whose e-mail addresses are listed (see "Branches of
Military Service" on the main page of this web site). Also, try viewing
the
Books & Videos About Our War
page. These are just a few
hints - explore more on your own.
(2) Request that a page be posted for you in the
Seeking Help
section of this web site. To do this, submit a narrative detailing the
nature of the information you need concerning a POW relative or friend.
Provide as much information as you have about the POW. Also, be sure to
provide your complete contact data (full name, street address, phone number &
e-mail address) so as to improve your chances of making contacts that can
provide information to you. Send at least your full name, mailing address,
telephone number and relationship to the person for whom you seek information. Also,
including as much information as possible
about the your POW relative or friend including: full name, serial number,
military organization, POW camps, POW ships, etc. would
be very helpful. You may include photos - ".jpeg" format is preferred. We will assume that you are granting us permission to post this information on this Web Site.

official publication, The QUAN. This periodical is published
five times per year. The Quan carries articles and other information about "our war",
questions and answers pertaining to "our war" and obituaries of ADBC members and friends.
Subscription cost is $25.00 per year. Send your application, along with a check or
money order, your relationship to the ADBC Member, mailing address, phone number,

Andy is a font of information about "our war". If he doesn't have an answer for you,
ask him for a referral to someone who does have the answers. We are in the process
of developing a list of Resource People who have special knowledge of men (and nurses)
in specific military units, POW camps and ships, etc. If you have the name of someone
with a collection of information about a specific circumstance, please let us know and we
will ask that person if we may list his/her name as a Resource Person.
