I am seeking information about my uncle, PVT 1st Class Neubern T. Fair #06287723.   He entered service in Arkansas, was with the 59th Coast Artillery.   He died 9-6-1945, is buried at Manila American Cemetery.

I know nothing of his war record, I believe he was at Bataan.   He was a POW somewhere over there and after the camp was liberated, supplies were dropped in and a crate of fruit cocktail fell on him and he died a few days later from this injury.   Please help me learn more about him.
