The World War II Quiz & Fact Book
(Harper & Row, hard cover and trade paperback, 1982) was in print continuously for 18 years.   It contains more than a thousand odd, unusual, interesting and little known incidents, anecdotes, vignettes as well as facts about well-known things related to the war years.   As you would expect, there are items related to Bataan, Corregidor, and the Death March.   Numerous photos.

Vol. II, The World War II Quiz & Fact Book
(Harper & Row, 1984, also in hard and soft covers) Still in print with a new cover from Gramercy Publishing).   This contains a wealth of information held back from the original book, which was so successful that Harper & Row opted for a second volume.   Both books were chosen as selections by Doubleday's Military Book Club.   Volume II was also published as a mass-market paperback by Berkeley books.   Several of the nearly 100 photos were previously unpublished and donated by veterans or their families.

World War II Flashback
(Longmeadow Press, 1991) a nostalgic look at the war years.   Also covering all theaters of the war.   The information in this large format coffee table book is presented in short, information packed items.   Besides previously unpublished photos, this book also has a selection of "then and now" photo comparisons of what various European locations looked like in the heat of battle and how it looks today.   No longer in print, it is considered a collectible and copies on eBay have sold for $50.
