Necrology Information

    Martin Christie is the National Necrology Chairman for the ADBC and
    Father Bob Phillips is the National Chaplain for the ADBC.
     In the event of the death of an ADBC member, please report the information
    listed below to both of these ADBC officers.  Death notices may be sent via
    regular mail or by e-mail.

      Please include the following information in the Death Notification:
       Member's full name
      Member's Military Unit or Branch of Service, etc.
      Date of Death
      Next of Kin's Full Name
      Next of Kin's Street Address or P.O. Box
      Next of Kin's City, State and ZIP

       This information is needed for a report to the Freedom Foundation in Valley Forge.  It is also
      important for maintaining correct Membership Records, for the Quan mailing list, and for the
      Memorial Certificate Program.
