Instructions for obtaining an FFL copy

            When purchasing a class pistol we can not ship the pistol directly to the individual.  We will only ship guns to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer.  All gun shops and most pawn shops have an FFL and will give you a copy for a nominal fee.  It is your responsibility as the purchaser to get in contact with an FFL dealer in your area and obtain a copy of their FFL.  You will then need to mail a copy of that FFL to the West Point Pistol Team so that we may ship the gun to that FFL dealer and then you may pick the gun up from them.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure you are in compliance with all federal and local laws concerning the purchase of a firearm.

• The FFL needs to be valid through May 2005
• Include the purchaser’s name and contact information with FFL
• Include the contact information of the person who will be picking the gun up from the dealer
