HR 3884 - Captain Scott Corwin Armed Forces Protection Act

While recently getting the site re-organized, it struck me that I’ve never heard if the person who shot and killed Scott Corwin had ever been caught. After a quick search I found the Captain Scott Corwin Foundation’s website — and unfortunately the answer is no.
However, I was interested to see how active Scott’s family has been in keeping his memory alive, and that they’ve influenced the creation of a House Resolution, HR 3884, that would make the murder of any member of the armed forces a federal and capital offense.
