Sean Kilbride sent me this clip that was aired on 60 minutes this past weekend. It’s about his younger brother’s Company from the 101st who are in Afghanistan and some of the challenges they’re facing.
These folks are the real deal, and on the literal front lines of our country’s war on terror. Great story, and great job by Thomas Kilbride.

On October 4, 2008 there will be a dedication ceremony for an airfield that Ben’s hometown is naming in his honor. I’ve attached the flyer that Shannon Whiteman sent me. I realize it’s somewhat of a long shot with short notice, but if you happen to live in the area it would probably be quite an experience to attend.
A fellow USMA grad recently sent me an article about a company called the Armed Forces Vacation Club. This company specializes in providing vacation rentals in prime locations around the world to those affiliated with DoD.
