First, you have to login. See the login form on the left of this page.

If you want to post your own fitness challenge, simply click "New Thread" and write up your post on the page that will comes up. The submit button at the bottom of the page will post it on the bulletin board.

You will see things on the form like emoticons, topic icons and formating buttons. If you want to, you can ignore them. They are not necessary for posting.
