Sibylla (Meine) Andrean provided the following note (and picture) about her and her brother, CJ:

Hi Val, All is well here. I retired on 1 Sept 05. I am teaching a class online for Troy University. I am currently living in Tucson, Arizona. My husband Clark is in the Air Force and stationed at Davis Monthan AFB. He left on 1 May to go to Kuwait for about 5 months. He just came back last July from a 9 month deployment to Iraq :-(

I have two girls and they are doing great. Sarah is in 1st grade and Katie is in 6th grade. I know what you mean about being busy...I thought once I retired I'd be reading and doing hobbies all day...yeah right :-)

CJ did have a freak accident in 1988 at Ft Bliss. He was doing a night training mission in his Scout helicopter and had just landed it. He went to put something in the hanger and the doors malfunctioned rapidly closing and slamming him between two 5 ton doors. It cut off all the oxygen to his brain for over 6 minutes. He is brain injured and has been living in a home for the brain injured ever since. He has no short term memory and no memory past our Cow year at West Point. It was all so very sad. It still makes me cry every time I think about it. I thought it would get easier over the years.
