(Submitted on behalf of Mark Morehouse)...Our class constitution calls for class officer elections every 5 years.  The class will elect new class officers in spring 2008 in order to provide them the opportunity to conduct class business when they take office at the 25th reunion.  I strongly encourage anyone interested in being involved with the class to run for office.  I will not be running for re-election - it's been a privilege and an honor to serve as your class president for the last 10 years, but it's time for some fresh blood!

Timeline for election of class officers:

15 Oct 07:      Issue call for nominations of class officers.
15 Jan 08:      Deadline for submission of nominations.
                Announce nominees.
                Distribute ballots.
15 Mar 08:      Deadline for casting ballots.
                Announce election results.
Sep/Oct 08:     25th Reunion - new class officers take office.
