Major potential gifts will discussed for 10 minutes each at lunch.  Each gift will have one sheet to Executive Summary their proposal.  Steve Mahoney will have a format for each gift proposal that will cover 5Ws, impact and how it really helps USMA.  This one sheet back to back for a total of 2 sheets will be in the Registration Packet.
We will take a straw poll that outlines several options forward, the class will acknowledge which direction they want to go.  This sheet will also have a pledge sheet on the other side.

Phil Patterson will withdraw from the Historian race and Tim Bloechl will put his run for Historian.

Doug Doan provided data on company participation.  We should consider a number of participation competitions for class gift.
President was asked what percent of the board had pledged.  He did not have that information.  In this note, the President has requested each board member and leader to acknowledge IF they have pledged.
