    TENTH ANNUAL CLASS OF '67 WINTER REUNION

    Thursday, January 29, 2009,through February 1, 2009
    Copper Mountain, Colorado

    Dear Classmates,

    This is the last message to the class. We want to
    make sure everyone has an opportunity to join us, but any further
    correspondence will only be sent to those who indicate an interest
    in the Winter Reunion.

    It has taken longer than anticipated to get a mutually acceptable
    contract worked out with Copper Mountain and we want to thank you
    for your patience while the process has been on-going. The good
    news is that we now have a contract, a contact, a group code, and
    a group name, so if you plan to stay at Copper Mountain Resort for
    the Winter Reunion please contact Copper Mountain Reservations at
    1-866-837-2996 and use the Group Code 36D7U0 and Group Name
    "West Point Reunion Class of 67".

    THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE CONTRACT WILL ANSWER A
    GREAT MANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT ROOM RATES, FEES,
    DEPOSITS,CANCELLATIONS, AIR AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION,
    LIFT TICKETS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES SUCH AS TUBING, SNOW
    MOBILING, ETC.

    Remember that, while many people do ski, others (more and more
    as the years go by) choose to do other things during the day such
    as snowmobiling, tubing, ice skating, dog sledding, shopping,
    etc. If you want to be involved in any of these activities,
    please send an e-mail back to philjoyamkool@msn.com

    spreadsheet which we will update and then send to each
    participant. Thus, those of you who want to be involved in like
    activities can contact one another and make plans to go as a
    group. And don't forget that we all get together in the evenings
    for additional fun and fellowship. Those activities are
    currently in the planning stages and we will let you know about
    those when they are finalized.

    fill out the cut-and-past information sheet and e-mail it to

    like your information as soon as possible so that we can update
    the spread sheet and send it out to everyone who is planning to
    attend.
