SKI TRIP SUMMARY

DATES: 22 Feb - 1 Mar 1997

PLACE: Aspen, Colorado

COST: $1,289.00 per person based on 30 persons making the trip

REQUIREMENT: Need commitment of a $100.00 per person deposit by October 19.

Here are the details for our first annual ski trip. Actually we have already learned our first lesson for trip #2 - start planning earlier. As a result we need some speedy action, co-operation and commitment to get us off on trip #1.

1. The trip date is Saturday, 22 February 1997, arrival at Aspen and departure on Saturday, 1 March 19979. We chose this week to avoid as much as possible the crowds associated with the President's Day long weekend and the March school vacations.

2. The destination is Aspen and Lodging is at the Chateau Chaumont/Dumont (Aspen Club Properties). These condos are in easy (ski boot) walking distance of the Aspen town lift. We have six (6) two bedroom, two bath condos and one (1) three bedroom, three bath condo. All bedrooms are for two people and the condos have kitchen facilities.

3. Five of six day lift ticket is included in the price. Round trip ground transportation between Eagle and Aspen is included as well.

4. Total cost of the trip is $1,289.00 per person. That cost is based on round trip air from Washington, DC to Eagle, CO, and ground transportation from Eagle to Aspen.

Now comes the fun part, please bear with me: The total cost is based on airfare and lodging so that a person making the trip from Washington would pay 70 for round trip air and 19.00 for lodging and ground transportation. If you do not originate in Washington, we can accommodate those who are flying in from other locations or even driving to Aspen on their own. Just let me know what your plans are, and I'll provide details. In most cases the total cost will probably be less than $1,289 for those of us not originating as far away as Washington.

5. Payment schedule is as follows:

Initial deposit: $100 per person by 19 Oct 96 Second payment: 30 per person by 15 Nov 96 Final payment: 59 per person by 3 Jan 97

The money must be consolidated in order for me to make one payment to Any Mountain Tours. If not we have to pay an extra fee for each "batch" of separate checks. Trust me, this is to our advantage.
