Eventa:  3 Golf outings and social events
 
Our approach to this outing is as follows
 
·         This is not a full blown “mini” but we want to encourage non players to come as shopping and historic opportunities abound here in Williamsburg. KISS is our planning approach.
 
·         The golf events will be user friendly for those of all abilities. Wives are encouraged to play. There will be three organized events with prizes plus two additional ones for those who want to fill all their time with golf.,  One will be able to pick and choose which events they want to play. If enough players come we will break prizes into two groups. There will be no “hidden betting expenses”
 
·         We will try to get all of the local classmates to attend the socials
 
·         We are trying to make this a fun time without breaking the bank.
 
We are still looking for a flagship hotel with the two essentials­rooms under $100 and a big bar (for obvious reasons). Dinner on Saturday will be a group event. The three main golf events will range from $75 to $99 each. This includes prize money.
 
I need a $25 per person deposit by 7 July. Please indicate if you plan to stay at the hotel and/or if you plan to golf. This is not binding but we need a better head count for contracts that we need to sign. Please send to
