Some of you have heard of the story, some have not. It is truely remarkable.  It is a tribute to a man who found ways to get things done, to his unit,  and to a fallen warrior who was an Olympic athlete. The story has been told over beers in the bar; you may have heard it there.  It has also been told by a newspaper reporter.  He was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize for his report.
