The NFF College Hall of Fame was founded in 1947 by General Macarthur, Col Red Blaik and Grantland Rice. It's mission is to promote and develop the power of amateur football in developing the qualities of leadership, sportsmanship, competitive zeal and the drive for academic excellence in America's young people.
MG(Ret) Dick Stephenson"57 is the president of the local chapter and has invited Society members to participate in the Chapter's first Scholar Athlete Banquet scheduled to be held at the Army - Navy Country Club in Arlington on Sunday, March 18th. The reception begins at 5:00 PM with dinner at 6:00. The featured speaker will be Mr Stan Brock, Coach of the Army Football Team.
