Gene Sullivan's latest book -- "The Report to the Judiciary" -- is out. It is a story of the first Black nominated to be Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. In many ways, it is the judicial mirror of the 2008 Presidential Campaign because the African-American nominated is attacked by the media, the internet, racial groups and opposition Senators in his controversial nomination process that occurs in Nov-Dec 2008.
