Several of our classmates are published authors. Two recent and popular works are:
John Murray's Fallen Warriors.
Gene Sullivan's The Majority Rules
John's book is a tribute to 24 of our classmates who died in Vietnam and the Domican Republic. Read the reviews of John's book at http://gradstore.west-point.org/cullum/25174.html
Gene's book is a mystery thriller involving lawyers, politicians and all those other characters who are near and dear to our hearts. Read reviews of Gene's book that were submitted by people like Louis Freeh, former D/FBI; Joseph Galloway, coauthor of "We Were Soldiers Once... and Young"; and F. Lee Bailey at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/product-description/0765311410/ref=dp_proddesc_0/002-5204879-7637615?ie=UTF8&n=283155&s=books

It has taken a little time, but I've begun to master the programming techniques needed to maintain this site.

Most of the class was in attendance in the mess hall when General MacArthur delivered the Duty-Honor-Country speech on May 12, 1962. We pause to pay tribute to General MacArthur on this sitel
Listen to the Duty-Honor-Country speech by clicking on the following link and choosing how you want it delivered to your computer
http://www.west-point.org/real/
Take the General MacArthur trivia quiz (plebe poop?) that is installed on the Polling Menu. There are 10 questions, each with 4 or 5 answers. For each question, choose only one answer. Once you commit your answer, there is no turning back (just like a runt plebe crossing the North Area and getting caught by flanker second classmen.) The class results and answers will be posted on Monday, 14 May

As many know, I moved a little over a year ago and have been struggling
with the vicissitudes of trying to move in to a new (old) house since
then. I've now accepted that I'll never be completely moved in, so I
might as well get on with stuff.
I am going to put together the next directory starting now, with
publication expected in the mid-to late summer. This year I'd like to
have photos as the theme. If you have pictures from our cadet days -
up through Ranger School - please try to scan them and send me an email
- if you can't, send a hard copy and I'll scan and return. Not looking
for formal pics or portraits from Howitzer - I'll pull those. What is
needed are candid shots, humorous if possible. Anyone have one of the
mess hall Rally?
If anyone has the final definitive caption for the frontispiece on the
last directory, naming all the spiffy cadets-to-be, please send it - I
think I may have saved a lot of the correspondence, but would prefer
corroboration.
Jack Price - please forward this to the class mailing list so those not
on forum get it. I'll do a mailing to the others shortly.
Oh, the resolution - to participate more in the class and Wp-org forums
(or is it fora?)
