40th REUNION
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Saturday. 22 May 1999
Early Arrivals - Woodcliff Hilton
Comments:
- Our recommended time for the Class Memorial Service is Sunday and we suggest that those
from the West Coast travel on Saturday if they wish to be present for the Memorial
Service.
- We will have early registration available and a (pay as you go) welcome dinner at tile
Hotel.
- Some Companies are planning to arrive early and hold company formations Saturday
afternoon. Others may want to play golf, etc.
Sunday. 23 May 1999
Arrive Woodcliff Hilton - Registration - Meet & Greet etc.
 | 1600 - Depart by bus from Hotel for Camp Buckner |
| 1700 - Memorial Service at Camp Buckner followed by Buffet Dinner and a program by Class
Members. The Superintendent, LTG Christman may address the class before dinner (Note: See

| 2030 - 2100 - Return by bus to Hotel |

| 0830 - 1030 - Class Business Meeting at the hotel |
| 1030 - 1700 Free time |
| 1700 - Depart by bus for West Point |
| 1800 - Alumni Dinner in Washington Hall |
| 2100 - Return by bus to Hotel |
Comments:
- If Superintendent does not speak to us at Buckner, he will address us at our business
meeting and wives will be included.
- Wives may hold their own Distaff meeting during the breakfast period.
- There is "free" time until 1700 hours. Please let us know if you are
interested in some group functions such as golf, shopping, etc. Depending on interest,
some activities may be planned. If not, you will be on your own to meet friends, visit the
Academy, etc..
- If it looks like many will not be present in time to attend the Memorial Service on
Sunday, it will be moved to the Cadet Chapel and held before dinner on this day -- Monday.
Tuesday. 25 May 1999
| 0700 - Early Breakfast |
| 0830 - Depart by bus to West Point |
| 1000 - West Point Memorial Service and Alumni Parade |
| 1200 - Alumni Lunch - Washington Hall |
| 1300 - 1500 Free time (visit West Point etc.) |
| 1500 ? - Hudson River cruise, to include on-board dinner and entertainment, down river
to a point to meet buses and return to Hotel. |
| Evening free time or group activities |
Comment: Please advise what group activities, if any, should be scheduled during
the free times.
