     Sat 20 May      0900-1800   Reception desk open at Hilton
0830 - Buses depart Hilton for Early Bird trip to NYC
1300 - Buses for golfers depart Hilton for Early Bird
2300 - Last bus returns to Hilton. Earlier buses return when full.
Evening meal at local restaurants and company parties for those not on Early Bird. These are non reunion events.

     Sun 21 May
0830-1030 - Welcoming brunch at Hilton. Shuttle buses from Marriott
0930 - Early buses for Catholics to attend 1100 Mass at West Point
1030 - Buses depart Hilton for Memorial Service at West Point

1215-1345 - Memorial Service Cadet Chapel. Dress sport coat or suit.

1400 - Buses depart for Ike Hall

1500-1630 - Band concert - Ike Hall Auditorium

1700-1830 - Buffet meal at Ike Hall

1830 - Buses depart for Hilton

     Mon 22 May
0700-0845 - Breakfast at Hilton Hotel
0900 - Buses depart Hilton for Ike Hall. Dress is sport coat.
1030-1145 - Supe's briefing Ike Hall Auditorium
1200-1330 - Lunch Ike Hall Restaurant
1330 - Buses depart for Kimsey Center
1430-1500 Dedication of class gift at entrance to Kimsey Center
     Rainy day schedule is basketball court Holleder Center
1500-1800 - Tour class gift, Randall Hall and Kimsey Center
1800 - Buses leave Kimsey Center for Hilton or when full
1930-2100 - Barbeque at Hilton

     Tue 23 May
0630-0815 - Breakfast at Hilton
0830 - Buses depart Hilton for WP. Dress is grey trou, Navy blue blazer, white shirt, alumni tie and reunion hat.
1000 - Assemble Cadet Library for Alumni Exercises      Wives and guests meet at Thayer Monument
     Rainy day schedule is depart from hotel at 1030, or meet in Ike Hall if parade canceled after buses depart.

1100 - Alumni parade. Wives and guests in reserved seats for parade

1145 - Meet wives and guests for class photo in reserved seats

1200-1345 - Alumni lunch Washington Hall

1400-1600 - Optional tours to include:

     1. - Walking tour of Central Area and Cadet Gym

     2. - Bus tour to Cemetery

     3. - Bus tour to AOG Gift Shop and Museum

     4. - Bus tour to Rugby Center, Softball and Shay Stadium

     5. - Early return to Hilton

1600 - Buses leave for Hilton or when full

1900-1945 - Cocktail party at Hilton

2000-2300 - Class banquet at Hilton.    Dress is suit and tie, tuxedos optional.

     Wed 24 May
0800-0900 - Optional religious service at Hilton   Dress casual.
0900-1100 - Farewell brunch, overview of heart study and class meeting at Hilton
1300 - Optional trip to Culinary Institute for evening meal
     No buses for any event this day.

                     SOME FINAL ADVICE ON DRESS DURING OUR 50th REUNION

Hi!   All The dress code are suggestions, but the graduates of the class should dress similarly for the Alumni Exercises on Tuesday 23 May.  Makes a tremendous impression for the 50th year class to look like a cohesive group.

Shows true discipline and class spirit which we have in abundance.

Here are our recommendations:

Sat 20 May - Early Bird to NYC.  Wear something comfortable and maybe casual or sport coat. Women slacks or casual dress.

Sun 21 May - Memorial Service at West Point, band concert and evening meal at Ike Hall.   Sport coat with or without tie.  Women  pants suit or Sunday dress. Should be comfortable as this is a longday.

Mon 22 May - Supe Briefing and Dedication of Class Gift at WP   Barbeque at Hilton.  Sport coat with or without tie.  Women  pants suit or nice dress.  Important to have comfortable shoes.  Evening barbeque at Hilton is casual.

Tue 23 May - Alumni Exercises at WP   Dress for class is gray trou, Navy blue Blazer, white shirt and alumni tie. Tie may be class tie which is not out of stock, or AOG WP tie sold at their Gift shop, or a black, gray or gold tie of academy colors.  Hat furnished at reunion.  Ladies same as Monday.noon.
Gala banquet at Hilton.  Dress is suit and tie, tuxedos optional.  Ladies cocktail dress.

Wed 24 May - Farewell brunch at Hilton - Casual.  Post reunion trip to Culinary.  Dress is sport coat or suit.  Women  pants suit or nice dress.
