Kenneth Joseph Fagan was born on 17 December 1930 in Connecticut. He was appointed to West Point by US Senator McMahon of Connecticut and entered on 3 July 1951. He was in Company F-1 and was discharged on 31 December 1951 for deficiency in Mathematics and German.
