The loss of Ben Franklin is a sad thing to consider. He was always--from Plebe days to just yesterday--a considerate and encouraging listener, advisor and friend. He was a counselor whose advice was sought by many and valued by all. He kept himself current on a multitude of facts, never flaunting that talent, but using it ever to the advantage of his loved ones and friends, and especially his Classmates, who will miss him. Rest in peace, Ben; Well done.

Ben was a very caring person. A while back he led the fight to get his M2 Company-mate a correct Cullum Number. Ben spent many hours fighting the bureaucrats until he won and got the correct Cullum Number in the 1955) official records .....

Well done Ben, rest in peace
