Bill was a good friend and Church colleague during the Academy years. Matching that were the years that we shared in the USAF together and especially during our time in NATO/SHAPE and the Oberammergau times. I valued his counsel and opinions on a range of topics, and the times we spent together with Bill and Sue are treasures to us. We've lost a valued comrade in arms; Rest well, dear friend; you've made the world a brighter place to be.
