Bill Wyman was born in China on 12 November 1930, was appointed to West Point by the 2nd district congressman from Maine, was originally admitted 5 July 1950, discharged 2 January 1951 for deficiency in Mathematics and declared proficient. Joined the class of 1955 on 30 August 1951. He resigned 31 October 1952.
