William Trest Parks

William Trest Parks was born on 25 September1929 in Louisville, Mississippi. He was appointed to West Point from the4th Congressional District ofMississippi and entered on 3 July 1951. He was in Company D1 andwas a Cadet Lieutenant and platoon leader his first class year. He graduated on 7 June and was commissioned in the US Army in the Infantry.
