Sterling Ramsdell Nichols, Jr.

Sterling Ramsdell Nichols, Jr. was born on 20 July 1930 in Lorain, Ohio. He was appointed to West Point from the 14th Congressional District of Ohio and entered on 3 July 1951. He was in Company I1, played lacrosse for four years, graduated on 7 June 1955 and was commissioned in the US Army in the Infantry.
