William James Goodwin, Jr.

William James Goodwin, Jr. was born on 24 November 1930 in Washington, DC. He was appointed to West Point from Utah by Senator Watkins and entered on 3 July 1951. He was in Company F2; graduated on 7 June 1955 and was commissioned in the US Air Force.
