Our long awaited Reunion Signup Web Page is live!!! Please go to:

https://secure.west-point.org/usma1964/reunion and register. We hope that most of you will complete this by Friday, the 24th of July. We realize that a number of you are on vacation and this suspense may be impossible - for you ASAP please.

A few comments before you start filling in the pages.

1. Make sure you list your name, spouse's name and guest's name as you would like them to appear on your nametag.

2. Please note the section: "Events/Items Bought and Scheduled Separately".  The four items here will temporarily take you away from the signup page. Costs accrued on these four sites will be handled separately from the reunion signup page. To exit each and to get back to the reunion site, just cancel or "x" out of the page when you complete the action.

Item #1 (AOG Gift Shop) offers additional memorabilia items over and extra basic issue items. Jackets, turtle necks, license plate holders, Class crests, etc.

Item #2 offers memorabilia left over from the 2004 reunion. Let's help Natalie from "Everywhere" get rid of her inventory that we did not purchase five years ago.

Item #3 takes you to our pre-reunion golf site.

Item #4 takes you to the Army ticket office site for purchasing game tickets. Ignore this if you have already purchased.

3. If you are bringing extra guests (beyond you and your spouse) and if you would like to order additional "basic issue" items, please click on the AOG Gift Store link, Item #1 and you will find the items (cap, tote, pin, golf shirt).

4. The section marked Pre-reunion Activities was planned by Joy Hudgins to accommodate the requests from many of you who will be arriving early and not playing golf. Joy has arranged a number of fabulous tours and lunches. Please let us know ASAP if you want to partake in these events. Buses, tours and lunch reservations must be confirmed.

5. Harvey Fraser has arranged for a tour and dinner at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park on Wednesday evening (9th). A number of us went to dinner at the CIA last fall and enjoyed it so much that we decided to make it a pre-reunion activity. We have also arranged for a bus to take us to dinner and back. Again, it is important that we lock in our bus and dinner reservations ASAP.

6. If we are forced to cancel any event, refunds will be issued at the reunion.

By now, you should have completed your hotel reservations. If you have not, please contact Skip Roberts at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and he will help. If you have a change of plan and cannot attend, please let Skip know ASAP. We have a long waiting list for room changes. If, at the last minute, you decide that you would like to join us please let me and Skip know. We will do our best to accommodate.

A few more items:

1. Al Carver is managing seating at the football game. Drop him a note when you order your tickets. He will be arranging our seating order. We will most likely be in the upper deck. Some of you may not be able to climb the stairs. We will have some seats at the level of the entry way. Please let Al know if you have any special requirements. Al's e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

2. Mike Harlan will be handling handicap problems and requirements. West Point offers many challenges for the Handicapped. Please let Mike know of any situation where you might need some help. This is a new and increasing challenge for us. We'll work things out, but we do need to know what challenges face you. For example: Ike Hall to the Cemetery, Thayer to the Plain, Plain to the Mess Hall, Mess Hall to Michie Stadium, etc. Mike's e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Thanks to all for your patience and understanding. We have a lot to do to finalize our plans for another great reunion. I'm sure there will be many more questions and challenges before September. Keep the questions coming and we'll do our best to get you answers ASAP.

Once again, the signup page: https://secure.west-point.org/usma1964/reunion

Your Reunion Committee is looking forward to seeing you all in September.
